Items can only be refunded if the item(s) show up in the mail damaged, completely the wrong size than you ordered, and has never been worn except to try on. Customers will have 3 days once the package has been delivered to inspect the item(s) and contact me with any problems they may have that would justify a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for and ship the item(s) back to me for a refund. Upon return the item(s) will be thoroughly inspected for wear or the reported damage. Once the product has passed inspection the refund will be issued within 1-2 business days minus a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charge.
Items can not be exchanged for any reason.

Please beware that for the European Union the VAT tax can be as much as 25% which is to be paid to the country in order for your package can be delivered.
